Endless Branding, company based in Netherlands, has an extensive experience in manufacturing point of sales material. It is in this perspective that in September 2017 they took the decision to replace their previous digital printing equipment by a new NoeCha ONE. They have purchased the printer in its full version with 5 printheads/color and the automatic feeder and stacker system. The machine was installed in Endless branding in December 2017 and has already produced thousands of square meters of corrugated media in the last 3 months.

 

The NoeCha ONE has lots of features and specifications that bring significant advantages to Endless Branding: The automatic feeder and stacker allows them to produce with 1 single operator and to increase the real throughput. The large fixed printing table (3200 x 2000 mmm) with 23 customized zones of vacuum enables them to print all size of corrugated media without masking the table. With the new system it is now easy to automatically load multiple panels (up to 6-up) such as 2 big boards of 1600 x 2000 mm at a time. The high level of quality delivered by NoeCha ONE is giving them the possibility to accept new orders where quality is the main focus.

 

These operational benefits are combined with economical ones. Indeed the use of the LED cool curing technology generates important savings on the energy cost. The combination of a low ink consumption and a competitive price of the ink guarantees them a very low ink cost/sqm.
