► Unique features of NoeCha ONE™ print engine
The core of the NoeCha ONE™ is a revolutionary printing engine that enables native 600dpi x 600dpi image quality with up to 4 grayscale level by controlling drop size from 3 pl. to 14 pl. This is how the press delivers photo-realistic quality at production speeds.
Each print head is composed of internal filters to eliminate foreign objects, internal heaters to adjust the impact of exterior temperature, and a unique ink-channel design to provide stable ink supply to all 2,656 nozzles. This combined with the innovative ink system designed by NoeCha results in a system that offers an outstanding reliability for continuous printing; minimal maintenance efforts from the operator, and increased longevity of the print heads.
► Industrial design
The high performance of the NoeCha ONE™ in terms of speed and quality is based on a solid mechanical structure and high precision print engine. The substrate is positioned on a 16 zoned sectioned vacuum table. The level of the table is being adjusted according to the thickness of the material. Its strong mechanical design ensures accurate and repeatable results. The motion system is built with linear motor technology allowing precise drop placement.
► UV-LED technology
NoeCha ONE™ is based on cool cure UV-LED technology. The LEDs guarantee a very low operational cost, excellent printability on a wide range of material including temperature-sensitive ones as well as a more environmental-friendly system.
The machine runs with high quality UV inks, specially formulated for the LED cool curing, in 4 colors with the possibility to print white (before and after), varnish and spot color (orange, green, violet).
The modular software of the NoeCha ONE™ is very intuitive and user-friendly for the operator. The 3.2 x 2 m size of the table can cover an ample range of applications.
The machine exists in various configurations offering different production speed for the same level of extremely high quality. The system is always upgradable from one configuration to another.
The throughput of the machine is increased by the optional automatic feeder/stacker system.
