Service technician
Install, repair and maintain NoeCha’s printers in the field.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As NoeCha’s service technician, you will be in charge of the following activities:
• On site installation, training and start-up of the production with the customer.
• Remote and on-site troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
• Produce detailed technical reports and keep history the ERP system.
• Installing and maintaining demo printers.
• Installation and service support during exhibitions
• Support to production or R&D department when in the office.
REQUIREMENTS
To perform at best all these tasks, you should have:
• A technical degree or certificate in mechanics/electronics/electric engineering.
• A good ability to work with flexible work schedule, to adapt to last minute changes & travels.
• Min. 2 years’ experience in maintenance of industrial machines, preferably in the printing industry.
• Good English skills are required (CEFR min. level B1).
Mechanical/Electrical assembler
Part of the production department, the mechanical/electrical assembler is in charge of building NoeCha’s various printing machines.
JOB DESCRIPTION
In particular, you will perform the following tasks:
• Assemble, install, align, adjust and fit sub-assemblies and parts or auxiliary equipment using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Work with close tolerances and fits to meet engineering and operating requirements.
• Clean parts and maintain tooling and equipment per proper work instructions.
• Perform test stand preset calibration and final test of product.
• Collaborate with engineering by serving as a technical resource to improve processes and solve problems.
REQUIREMENTS
To perform at best all these tasks, you should have:
• A technical degree or certificate in mechanics/electronics/electric.
• Knowledge of and ability to use a variety of basic hand tools (e.g., wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, scrappers, box cutters) and to work on machine tools.
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Excellent ability to work in a team and a great working autonomy
• Min. 2 years experience in assembly of industrial machines.
Mechanical engineer
Join the R&D Department and take care of the 3D designing and technical drawings for any new or modified mechanical components of NoeCha’s products.
JOB DESCRIPTION
In particular, you will perform the following tasks:
• Managing projects using engineering principles and techniques.
• Designing and implementing equipment modifications to help improve performance, safety, reliability and cost reduction.
• Interact with production department to design and implement new production processes.
• Using research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical modelling and computer-aided design making sure a product can be made reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments.
• Producing product/component technical specifications, drawings and bill of material.
• Recommending modifications following prototype test results.
REQUIREMENTS
To perform at best all these tasks, you should have:
• Have a technical certificate or degree in engineering.
• Be able to work in a team as well as to plan and manage the assigned work in autonomy.
• Have a knowledge of production and machining process of metal and plastic components.
• Be creative and problem-solving.
• Have the following IT skills: Knowledge of CAD software as well as 2D and 3D drawing software, preferably INVENTOR.
• Have min. 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Have an advanced knowledge of English (CEFR min. level B2).
Purchasing administrator
Be the responsible of the purchasing department and support the company administration.
JOB DESCRIPTION
In particular, you will perform the following tasks:
• Processing the supply requests, selecting materials and suppliers on the basis of the price / quality ratio of the products.
• Entering the orders in the ERP software and monitoring the progress of orders up to delivery.
• Managing incoming orders.
• Planning and managing requests for technical assistance and supporting the administration.
• Managing offers and estimates to customers.
• Help with the management of phone calls and the reception of customers and suppliers.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate is in possession of the following requirements:
• A diploma (of high school or university degree) in economics, commerce and / or management.
• Possesses also a short experience in the position or similar roles.
• Team spirit skills, great operational proactivity, and problem solving.
• Demonstrate great precision and organization in work.
• Familiarity in the use of the office package and preparation for the use of management software.
• English language minimum level QCER B2.
Software engineer
Be a NoeCha's software engineer.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a NoeCha’s software engineer you will take care of:
• The development of software driving the various NoeCha’s printers, initially with supervision and then in full autonomy.
• Follow installations and training of the machines in house and at client’s site.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in computer science.
• Knowledge of programming languages C / C ++ in Microsoft Visual Studio .
• TCP / IP Socket knowledge and Win 32 libraries.
• Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad.
• English language minimum level QCER B2.
Optional:
• A previous PLC and / or Assembly programming experience would be appreciated.
• Qt knowledge would also be appreciated.
• Software version control (Git).
