Print carriage
The print carriage is solidly built to enable precise drop placement even when printing at high speeds.
The structure is equipped with an anti-crash system which stops the motion immediately in case of a collision, preventing any kind of damage to the UV lamps and print heads.
Ink tanks
NoeCha ONE™ uses UV-LED high-quality inks, which are stored in these 12-litre tanks.
The CMYK colour model has the possibility to include 4 additional inks.
The tanks are installed on a trolley that can be easily extracted to facilitate maintenance tasks.
Load/Unload system
The full automatic feeder and stacker system designed for the NoeCha ONE™ increases drastically the throughput of the machine allowing to print up to 487 sqm/h.
The suction cups are divided by groups, which makes possible to load and print up to 6 separated substrates at the same time.
Sectioned vacuum table
The 16-zoned vacuum table of NoeCha ONE™ covers all media standard sizes. The vacuum is focused only where it is needed, so masking the table is no longer necessary in most cases.
The table, which is 3200 x 2050 millimetres, adjusts its height in order to adapt to the thickness of the media (up to 100 millimetres).
Print heads
NoeCha ONE™ is a modular system. The carriage can hold up to 8 colours with up to 5 print heads per colour.
The print heads enable native 600x600 dpi image quality with up to 4 grey-scale levels by controlling the drop size from 3 to 14 picolitres.

The modular software of the NoeCha printing systems is very intuitive for the operator. PrinterApp© layout has been carefully designed to get where it is needed in very few steps.
The application is touch-screen and also includes handy functions such as the nesting function, the ink cost calculator and video maintenance support to streamline at maximum the workflow.
Bounding box
A closed system provides an operating environment free from dust and cutting residues and helps the system to maintain a constant temperature during production.
The doors are equipped with safety lockers that imped to step inside when the printer is in motion.
Besides, an emergency button is provided next to each door and platforms to guarantee the maximum safety level.
UV-LED ink curing
The UV-LED lamps installed on both sides of the printing carriage dry the ink instantaneously while printing even at high speeds.
The lights are cold, so the colours will not be affected regardless the media it is being printed.
Platforms
The automatic platforms have been robustly designed to hold more than 1000kg. This combined with the auto-feeder feature allows very large productions, and repeated results that will be piled effectively at the unload side.
The platforms can be extracted at will to facilitate manoeuvre, and metallic pins are provided to place the media against them in case of printing various substrates simultaneously.
